When Simon Peter told Jesus that he loved him like a brother (the Greek work phileo) after Jesus asked him if the loved Him (the Greek work Agape) with the God kind of love, obviously, Simon realized he could not love Jesus with this highest kind of love as the "old man," Simon son of Jonah. We have to be changed into the "new man" to be able to Agape, even Jesus.

The first Passover has been seen as a night when the Lord passed over the homes with the blood on their lintels and doorposts. A word study of the Hebrew reveals that He actually passed over their thresholds and entered their dwelling places. The spirit of destruction then had to pass them by because of the blood. The Lord was given the "red carpet" welcome still common today.

She followed through with agreement and rebuking of the unclean spirits within her, and after almost 3 years, she won her victory.

1981 – Prophecy given by Ida Mae Hammond about Key Ministries 27 years ago. Key is truly a “receiving station” for those who are hurting and needing help. Act 21, Acts 28:30 – Paul received. Col 4:10,17 – instruction to receive. Take heed to fulfill this, what God has given me I am to fulfill it. Person must be matured, refined, been through the “fire” so to understand hurting people. Must be in unity, agreement and solidified with the body ministry. We are accountable to one another. All of us are to become Sons of God. Each of us has a function, not confusing the roles of men and women. Ministry will increase as God directs. God is particular where He sends one of His children to get help with their problems. God is particular with each one of us at Key.

1 COR 14:20-33 – we should not just wait to speak out in the Spirit. Speak when the Spirit leads us. Healing and deliverance come by our just letting loose and moving in the Spirit. Do not be asleep in the Spirit. FEAR – we are fearful when we say “what if?”. God is yea and amen. Mature thinking is needed. Tongues are for unbelievers. Prophecy is often for a specific person. Each person (everybody) has a tongue, a song, a prophecy. All can prophesy, but one by one. The Holy Spirit never forces Himself on a person. God is not a god of confusion. 1 COR 12 – 9 gifts of the Spirit. The gifts are in me. Get trained here so we can be supernatural out there. Primary Gift – do you know your primary gift? Must understand this. Teaching is a “motivation”. Exhortation is to motivate people. Liberality is giving to those in need. Leadership is diligence. Helps is the desire to help others in situations. QUESTION: What motivates me? Most of us have one or more gifts at work. Use the gifts, never limit myself. Prime the pump. 1 COR 14:1 – desire spiritual gifts but especially gift of prophecy. Prophecy can be as simple as a word of encouragement or love. ROM 12:3 - We must be fitted together with others to be part of the body of Christ. Jointed in the same way parts of an individual body must be jointed. The body cannot function without people knitted together. EPH 4 – ministry purpose is to “equip the saints” so we can do the work.
